Late Single ISF Filing

When filing late single ISF Bond you have 3 Choices

Choice 1

  • $159 Late ISF Filing Process and note that majority of Late ISF filings are "ISF-Jail/ISF-Hold" by US Customs for 2-10 days.
  • Apply for Continuous Bond $876.33
  • Submit all documentation (invoice, packing-list, bill-of-lading, arrival notification, photos-of-import-items, etc.) that you received from the supplier so that we can estimate the customs clearing fees.

Choice 2

Deposit $5,000 and file a late ISF at $95 with a Single ISF Bond. But the deposit ($5000) could be refunded only after the final ruling, minus the penalty/fines, if any. Check these sample of U.S customs penalty and fines.

Choice 3

If you decide not to file an ISF/Customs Entry filing or any other fees for any reason, please notify your US forwarder/carrier and us by email only. Please keep in mind that US Customs Bonded Warehouse/US Customs/Other US Government Agencies WILL/MAY penalize/fine you and charge demurrage/Per-diem fees, as well as other fees associated with destroy/trash.

1,639.11 = $1,554.11 (#2) is one day Late Single Bond + $85 (#4) Standard is Single ISF Bond fee)
